I am a licensed clinical social worker in Ohio with over 8 years of experience working with diverse populations providing individual counseling services. The majority of my experience has been providing counseling to military and veteran families focusing on treating depression, anxiety, low self esteem, adjustment, relationship, anger management and substance abuse in outpatient settings. Since 2021, I have transitioned to a telehealth platform providing individual counseling to adults that are seeking to obtain more fulfilling life regardless of their present struggles or recent successes. Even those that achieve find that regardless of their successes they do not feel worthy. I will help you challenge and connect these pieces.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together I will an understanding about your life experiences that have enabled you to develop into the person you are today. We will discuss strengths, symptoms of concerns and opportunities for intervention to determine our next steps. My goal is for you to flourish and be thriving for 2024.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a provider, my biggest strength is fostering independence in navigating stressors and improving self-worth for clients. I am direct and honest with each client about the interventions and what their experience will be like in this process. I am confident in guiding clients to challenge themselves to take the next step in improving their lives.
