Welcome to the next step in your life journey/exploration of change. I am Kristin, I have worked in the field of mental health services for 10+ years. I provide services to BIPOC women and men by utilizing a client-centered approach. I have an eclectic background and range of skills in counseling; using cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and systems therapy (MST) to encourage and inspire you to be YOUR BEST self. Helping families/couples identify areas of instability within their lives while altering their psyche so that they can reach their highest potential as families/couples and as individuals is my specialty. It’s critical to promote healthy living from a holistic standpoint – mind, body, and spirit to bring out the best in clients. I am passionate about helping people evolve, accept and change what is needed for them to operate within their normal. I work within the capabilities of you and/or your family to ensure services are effective and you walk away knowing you’ve achieved your therapeutic/life goals. I do not provide services for high crisis, eating disorders, substance abuse and/or OCD. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session introductions and practice policy information is shared. Its an opportunity to build a rapport, ask questions and inquire about concerns.

I promote change and self-exploration to get a better sense of self and foundation of “who you are, where you are going and how you plan to get there.” I meet you where are in your life journey.
