Do you want to improve your individual performance throughout life, academically, at work, in relationships, and in daily life? Are you feeling frustrated, angry, anxious, stress, low self-esteem because you know you need something to change, but not sure what? Also, help adults who may be experiencing pain and your healthcare providers is not sure where it is coming from. Do you find that stress makes the pain worse, and the pain moves around different locations? Are you at the point you are ready to quick your career because you are tired of poor management, working overtime often, do not have a life work balance, extremely exhausted and feel like no one at work cares? Does it make you angry to the point that you thought about hurting yourself or other people? As an integrative, licensed holistic counselor/ Doula/ Career Coach I will be part of your support team. I will teach you how to manage your life where you feel you have more control of your choices. Learning that you have control and not your brain and mind you can achieve amazing things. Asking for help is not a weakness, it a strength that you love yourself enough to invest in something different. Does your plate feel full? What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

We believe each of you is an expert on your life and may have times managing it which causes you unwanted stress, anxiety, depression, and pain. We are here to wholistic and help you find the root causes of your pain. We would like to be a support and educate you on how you can maximize your inner strengths and learn how to process, cope and manage so you can live your life feeling the sense of having more control.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Jazmin utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution focused and Nutritional and Integrative Medicine approach as a foundation but also recognizes the importance of the individual and a tailored approach. She is skilled in her ability to identify strategies and techniques and adapt them to create a customized treatment experience. You will be invited to an app where you can continue to work on treatment outside of our session.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Reach out if you find yourself struggling with increased stress, worry, feelings of frustration, pain, anger that gets the best of you, sad moods, nervousness, and you want to have more sense of control. You have more control over your brain and mind then you think. If you are ready for a change and feel confident to do the work to improve your life. Then I am ready to help you on your journey.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work with people who are ready and motivated to change. I work with people who are willing to put in the work outside of our time together. I work with people who are willing to learn and do not use their symptoms as an excuse. I work with people who find themselves, so frustrated in their career and have random thoughts of wanting to kill self or the people around you. However, you stay it seems like an option, but I know their other ways to deal with these stressors because I do not want to die or go to prison. I just know, I need to talk to someone to help me learn to manage my stressors.
