I am a generalist who works with adult clients on a variety of different issues including depression, insomnia, anxiety and panic, PTSD, anger, relationships, parenting, and many other concerns. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW) with 15 plus years of experience, offering compassion and support.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Within sessions you will begin to gain insight as to understanding the underlying reasons as to why the situations, feelings, emotions and learn strategies and becoming empowered in changing one’s thoughts and behaviors to improve symptoms.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I provide various modalities of treatment, such as CBT, DBT, Motivational and Positive Psychology to meet you where you’re at while you progress on your path.

Through the years, I have utilized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT techniques inclusive to insight and talk therapy to assist those in the goal of learning skills in helping themselves. CBT techniques fulfill this goal and help those to be empowered and confident to resolve their challenges.
