I practice promoting positive mental health in today’s complex and diverse population. Additionally, I incorporate an integrative approach to therapy and believe the path to healing is unique to each individual. My mission is “A Clearer View to a Newer You.”

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In a collaborative effort, our first appointment is designed to help determine appropriateness, as well as determine your needs and expectations. It is also the beginning of building a trusting relationship. Supervision to new and developing professionals available upon request. Flexible scheduling is also available including weekends and late evenings.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

My style of treatment is an integrative and holistic approach. Everyone is unique and their thoughts, feelings circumstances and experiences through life are even more unique. I tend to blend elements from different approaches and tailor your treatment according to your unique needs.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a clinician, some of my areas of strength include: building a strong therapeutic rapport and being non-judgemental, empathetic and open-minded. I also have had a variety of experiences working with diverse populations in multiple types of settings. This includes working in hospitals, correctional facilities, substance abuse treatment facilities and private practice.
