Whether you are dealing with stressful life changes, relationship conflict, cycles of anxiety and depression, or just feeling in a funk, I'm here to help. When life gets tough, it forces us to look for ways to change and grow. There is no one size fits all for therapy so we will collaborate together. when selecting treatment goals and expectations. I will create a safe space where you can feel heard, understood and accepted. I use humor and warmth to help gain insight, self awareness and finding resiliency in life's challenges.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will focus on getting to know each other and building trust. I will gain an idea of the struggles you are facing and together we can collaborate on a treatment plan to best fit your needs.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I like to use the following treatment methods and tools: cognitive-behavioral- therapy, mindfulness exercises, role-playing, and journaling exercises. I also believe in the healing power of moving our bodies and spending time in nature. There are many different tools and treatment methods used in therapy but I believe it depends on the individual when determining which would be most beneficial.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strengths are being non-judgemental and easy to talk to. I am empathetic to others, as I have also struggled with some interpersonal conflicts myself throughout my life. No two people experience the same struggles, but it allows us to empathize with others when going through a tough time.
