I support adults experiencing depression, anxiety, stress and difficult life transitions to find healthy ways to overcome the issues they're facing. If you are ready to start talking about the changes you might make to get the life you want schedule an intake or consultation call today! I value supporting people of all backgrounds to achieve their goals in therapy. LGBTQIA+ are welcomed in the therapy space. I graduated from Colorado State University with a Master of Social Work. Now, as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), I work primarily with adults experiencing depression and those navigating relationship conflict or struggling with life transitions. Once you schedule your initial appointment, I will contact you by phone for a complimentary consultation to discuss whether my approach to therapy is the best fit for your journey towards healing and wellness. Intake documents sent from Grow should be completed and submitted at minimum 48 hours prior to your initial appointment. If you would like to do a consultation prior to scheduling please use my contact info listed on my website to reach me---- https://www.mindfullytransforming.com/

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first scheduled session will be an intake assessment in which we will discuss the reasons you are seeking treatment, your personal history, and treatment history. We will also work together to create your plan of treatment.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I enjoy providing a space of support and acceptance for those seeking therapy.
