Hello, I'm Tzvi, and I have a deep passion for helping boys and men find their inner strength, learn effective ways to cope with stress, and nurture their self-respect. I have a deep appreciation for real and meaningful relationships where I can create lasting change. We'll use our time to talk through challenges, explore new perspectives, and develop the confidence and inner calm to set yourself free.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Each session is 55 minutes long, and our time is dedicated entirely to providing you with the most enriching experience. This is a safe space where you can disconnect from life's stressors and connect with someone who is compassionate, curious, and committed to witnessing your progress and personal growth. You can share whatever you're comfortable with and there is no plan yet until I learn about you, create a comfortable space and understand your needs.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I'm here to help you unlock your unique strengths and qualities, creating a safe and welcoming environment where you can wholeheartedly embrace your true self. Through the use of curiosity and humility, I maintain a safe space where you can disconnect from life's stressors and connect with someone compassionate and committed to witnessing your personal growth.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

In attachment-based therapy, therapists focus on understanding clients' early I focus on helping my clients understand their early experiences, attachments and relational patterns to enhance self-awareness and promote healthier interpersonal connections.

Relational

I emphasize the importance of the therapeutic relationship itself viewing the dynamics between therapist and client as central to the healing process. Exploring and addressing the relational patterns that emerge in therapy I help clients gain insights into their interpersonal struggles, promoting self-awareness and facilitating more satisfying connections.

EMDR

In Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I guide clients through using EMDR in reducing the trauma's emotional impact and assisting in creating more adaptive beliefs and emotions.
