Hi! I have a PhD in psychology as well as a Master's in Mental Health Counseling. I have licenses to practice in Florida and Virginia. I have a passion for mental health and actively work with my clients to set and achieve their established goals. I have been in the field for about 11 years and have worked with a vast array of clients.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session, clients should expect to have a warm greeting and getting to know you session where we unpack some of issues looking to be addressed that will be used in treatment plan construction.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
My greatest strength as a provider is my ability to provide an empathetic, safe environment where my clients can truly express and work on themselves.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment
Having an extensive background in corrections, I use solution focused therapy as my time working with clients may be short. As such, I work on establishing and achieving goals with my clients.
