My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a widely used therapeutic approach that focuses on addressing and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. It's based on the premise that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected, and by identifying and challenging distorted thought patterns, individuals can develop healthier coping mechanisms. If you have any specific questions or topics related to CBT that you'd like to discuss or explore further, feel free to let me know!
