I'm Lia, a therapist with over 13 years of experience. I'm dedicated to helping clients understand the connections between their thoughts, feelings, and actions, guiding them to navigate life's challenges with clarity and confidence. My therapeutic approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with holistic methods and to promote well-being. I am bicultural and bilingual and speak Brazilian Portuguese. I am currently licensed to provide therapy in MA and in FL.

The first meeting is an opportunity to get to know each other. Clients can expect a welcoming environment where they can openly discuss their concerns. Together, we'll explore goals, clarify any questions that the client may have and come up with a plan/next steps.

I believe in compassion, understanding, and the potential for growth in everyone. I'm like a cheerleader for my clients, helping them find clarity, explore new paths, and providing tools for change.
