Hi there, I'm Jenni! Feeling stuck and frustrated? Struggling to deal with the loss of a loved one? Expecting an upcoming change? Not able to sleep or stay on top of things in your life? I am here to help. Therapy cannot be effective if we are not meeting your specific needs and goals. I want to meet you where you are and together identify a path forward. I like to understand you, your values, and your background while also giving you solution-focused interventions you can utilize to make changes. We are all capable of change and moving forward but sometimes it is the dialogues in our head, relationships, or other factors that are getting in our way. Therapy is a great place to work through those and be more connected with what you value in your life. Let's work together!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

At our first session, we will work to identify your goals for treatment and identify the best way to support you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My practice history includes working with those with chronic and terminal illnesses, caregiver stress, military veterans and members, and the LGBTQ+ community. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, panic disorders, depression, adjustment disorders, and insomnia.
