With experience in various roles from therapist, prevention specialist, and program director I enjoy helping young children, teenagers, and adults achieve balance in everyday living. My expertise include mental health therapy, chemical dependency counseling, curriculum development and instruction, care management, and prevention education. I have experience working with youth and adults in various settings from the foster care environment, outpatient and inpatient treatment centers, to private practice.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session I will spend time getting to know you and we will begin to explore the challenges that brought you to therapy. The initial session will assist in creating a tailored plan specific to your individual therapy goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I offer a person-centered approach incorporating a variety of therapeutic techniques geared towards your individualized goals. I’m passionate about improving the holistic well-being of individuals to promote individual, couples, and family resilience.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I believe that everyone has a voice seeking to be understood. Through compassionate therapy, often incorporating play therapy methods, every child can thrive. Adults who may feel stuck in their life journey, disconnected, or simply seeking to be heard can achieve emotional and mental balance through empathetic therapy tailored to each individual’s needs.
