I have been in the behavioral health field for over 30 years in various roles. I have a doctorate in psychology. Additionally, I have assisted others in gaining recovery over their addictions and trauma . I specialize in depression, personality disorder, narcissistic abuse, women issues, attachment issues, anxiety, and grief. My goals are to assist you in achieving contentment in your life by empowering you. DBT Group Therapy: Fridays when enough people sign up. Sexual Abuse Survivors group is coming in October 50.00 per group but if you do individual therapy with me, I can bill insurance. We explored destructive negative thinking and used schema restructuring, harmful thoughts patterns to recognize cl ability to practice alternatives ways of thinking, regulate distressing emotions and harmful behaviors.
