My name is Robert Lodwick. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. I earned my Master's of Counseling Psychology from Gardner-Webb University in 2013. I have worked in a group practice for over 7 years and have been licensed since 2016. I work with individuals and couples with challenges to work on being their best version of themselves and achieve the goals they desire to see in their life.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
During the first session, we will discuss the things you want to achieve in therapy, in a safe, inclusive and warm environment to help you feel empowered to achieve the goals you desire, so you can take the steps you need to make the changes you desire to create.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
I have a lot of experience in working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and sexual addiction, by using Cognitive Behaviors Therapy, existential therapy and EMDR.
Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.
I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and sexual addictions work through their challenges to become the people they want to be and know they can be. Sometimes it is hard to change, but I believe that people can change to be better version of themselves, and through using boundaries, self respect and self determination I help you make and take the first step to being that person you so desire to be.
