My treatment process begins with a comprehensive diagnostic assessment, typically lasting one to two hours. During this assessment, I carefully evaluate your presenting concerns and symptoms to provide accurate diagnoses and formulate personalized treatment recommendations. If I determine that I am the best fit for your needs, I will suggest starting with outpatient sessions on a weekly basis, gradually transitioning to biweekly sessions as progress is made.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
During a diagnostic evaluation, a standard intake is meant to collect and organize information about a client prior to treatment. It is used as a platform for the clinician and client to clearly communicate their concerns. The information gathered during the intake is used to help formulate diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans. If I believe that your needs are outside of my scope of practice or require a higher level of care, I will provide referrals to alternative treatment options.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
I am very patient, empathetic, and authentic. I strive to meet each patient where they are.
