Hey! I hold a license as a Clinical Social Worker in both North Carolina and Virginia, with my current practice centered in the Fayetteville area. My journey spans over 3 years as a Social Worker and extends to more than 7 years in the broader Social Services realm. Columbia University is where I earned my Masters. My passion lies in assisting adults and youth navigating challenges related to mental health, personal struggles, and emotional well-being.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Prior to the initial session, I require a brief consultation prior to our first session. After our consultation, we will have our initial session. The primary focus will be on understanding the specific challenges you're facing. We'll delve into your individual identity, exploring your needs, strengths, and any hurdles you may be encountering. Expect questions about your medical history, mental health, family dynamics, and social background as we work towards a comprehensive understanding. The appointment scheduled on Grow will be for the consultation then we will discuss your initial session.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength as a provider is my ability to build an alliance with the client. The relationship between the client and the therapist is paramount in the success of therapy. Another strength is my client centered approach. This approach allows the client to be the expert of their own story and life.
