In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions, and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will be helpful when we create a plan and work through follow-up sessions.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I bring a deep understanding of human behavior and life's complexities. I practice cultural humility, awareness, and responsiveness. With over 30 years of experience with an MSW and an LCSW, I have assisted clients in overcoming a wide range of challenges, including stress, anxiety, grief, procrastination, loss, chronic trauma and secondary trauma, compassion fatigue, and poor self-concept, to name a few. I employ treatment methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness Cognitive Based Therapy, and Self Regulation Techniques

My biggest strength is that I care and am ready to get to work. I also value your time and will commit to providing you with the best care possible. I also believe in the power of knowing and developing your self-regulation/coping techniques. Our world moves at a fast pace and we must find ways of being able to navigate that pace when necessary and pull back when necessary.
