We all need help at different times in our lives and I applaud anyone that makes their mental health a priority. Reaching out takes courage but you will never regret asking for help.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will get know one another, we can talk about what you sought out counseling and what you need help with handling and then thinking about a particular goal to work on into a set goal . Therapy is centered on the client I go where the client wants to go so feel as ease that you will not pushed into anything. As a therapist , I am easy going and open and I like getting to know you and how I can be serve you and what you want to achieve through therapy.
