Hi, I'm Zoe. Do you often struggle with interpersonal relationship with friends, romantic partners or family members and find yourself caught in similar relationship patterns? I help those who want to work on creating and fostering healthy and fulfilling relationships. Together we will work on examining why you often feel stuck in repetitive relationships patterns that you can't seem to get out of and the ways that it impacts other areas of your life. I use an attachment based lens to help guide treatment and explore the ways your past attachment patterns may be showing up for you in the present. I also specialize in working with individual who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism/productivity and self-esteem issues. If you feel like this applies to you I offer a free 15 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit in working with each other.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing and what you are hoping to get out of therapy. For individuals, we will work on the adult attachment interview as a way for me to learn about your attachment history and gain insight into your attachment patterns. For couples, we will work on the oral history interview to gain information on the history of your relationship.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

When working with individuals and couples I tailor the treatment approach to your specific needs and pull from a variety of theories and approach to best support your goals of therapy.
