Hi! I am a licensed professional counselor with an indvidualistic approach to process through areas of vulnerabilty with symptoms of struggles such as anxiety, depression, poor self-esteem, history of trauma and addiction. I apply the 8 dimensions of wellness when attaining whole health wellness ( intellectual, emotional, financial, occupational, spriitual, environmental, social and physical).

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

On our first session we will process any questions regarding consents and questions regarding paperwork. Clinician will do intial intake assessment asking for cleints social, emotional, educational, familial etc regarding clients history. We will discuss the affectiveness and process regarding therapy. Laslty, we will set up follow up appointments.

In the past 13 years I believe in upliftying, challenging and empowering clients to self motivate themselves when they feel at their most vulnerable. I provide a safe, compassionate comfortable environment for clients to live their truth.

I help instill confidence in learning to accept ones self and challenge their own unhealthy maladaptive belief systems.
