I teach people-pleasing women how to recognize their codependency and express their needs confidently. I guide driven women to unearth their dreams so they greet their day with excitement, joy, and calm You are tired of hearing others tell you how your life should look like right now. Sometimes you feel like a fake and that every effort you are making to succeed is not enough. You are wondering what your real-life purpose is and where you truly belong. I specialize in helping young women who feel like they don’t know what they are doing and struggle with looking at others around them who make it seem so easy. It is only human to have life hiccups, and it is totally possible to work through them.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I’m not the type of therapist up on my pedestal casting down vague and sugary advice like the latest self-help bestseller. (To be honest, I’ve probably still read it, though.) Ultimately, I believe in the power of two human beings, earnesty working together, to bring profound change to your life.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you sift through all the buzz in your brain, pick out the thoughts hurting you, and transform them into thinking patterns that support your dreams and goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I want you to find relief from the symptoms of anxiety so I will work with you to change the relationship you have with the thoughts that are causing you to feel worried and stressed. Then, I will teach you helpful tools and strategies to cope with those things in your life that are triggering your stress.
