What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, I share some general and useful information about the therapy process, I get to know some basic information about you and we set goals that you would like to acheive. Goals can also be thought of as your 'wish list', and it will serve as the foundation of all that we do.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have a tremendous amount of extremely varied life-experience and perspectives. I am not afraid to share an opinion and I welcome disagreement and challenge from you, the client. I work well with 'difficult', 'resistant', 'untrusting' and 'tough' clients. From my perspective, therapy is good when You have less conflict in your life Your relationships are better You are clearer about your life goals You are more empowered in your career Your boundaries with others are much stronger You feel safer and more confident Your self-esteem is a lot higher You handle difficult people with skill Your intimate life is better You are more self-expressed You understand your own philosophy of life You can deal with and manage your own moods better You are less volatile towards others You are less stressed at work You are less stressed in your academic program Your health and wellness have improved
