Welcome! I'm LeeAnne, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist. Do you ever just feel like life is hard? Every day, there are a million decisions to be made and a million things to be done, and no one ever considers that you are a human being with human problems. That's what I am here for. I am a therapist who specializes in depression, anxiety, and trauma. Together, we can work through it! There should be no shame for being human. I am here to help you devise a plan, and walk with you through every step to healing.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, we are getting to know each other. I will ask several questions to understand how I can be helpful to you. I will also allow space and time for you to ask questions you need to know about me as your therapist. During this time, we will discuss if we are a good fit to work together, and if we mutually decide to move forward, we will devise a plan to help you meet those goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe my biggest strength as a therapist is being both empathetic and honest. I don't sugar-coat, however, I am always here to support and encourage! I enjoy working with all types of clients, and I specialize in trauma and addictions.

Cognitive Processing therapy is helpful for clients who want a more structured approach to processing traumatic events.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use DBT to assist clients with developing and using skills that can help manage emotions in every day life.

EMDR

I use EMDR with clients who want to process trauma without having to re-live the traumatic events.

Trauma Informed Care

I utilize trauma-informed care to create a safe therapeutic space for clients and prevent re-traumatization.
