What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session, I like to get to know you. I want to know your strengths and areas that you feel need a bit of growth. I look forward to setting up an individual plan that supports you, using strategies that you feel most comfortable with using.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
I am very focused on getting to truly understand my clients. I want them to feel relaxed and safe as we discuss their life and their goals for their next steps. I feel that my desire to work together as a team to find just the right plan for them is vital. I am very individual focused, I don't believe in a cookie cutter plan for my clients. Each client is an individual and they should be treated as such.
Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.
I enjoy working with adults that are motivated toward seeing positive changes in their life and ready to live the life that they dream of. I am a very Solution Focused Therapist who wants to help clients reach their goals one step at a time. I look forward to talking through the challenges and obstacles that they have faced and together we can set up a plan to help them achieve their dreams.
