I am a Licensed Professional Counsleor who is specialized in trauma. I also help clients (4 years and up) with a myriad of matters such as ADHD, emotional dysregulation, depression, anxiety, stress, and family conflict just to name a few. I help clients by challenging them and helping them understand their emotions, thoughts and feelings in a safe, understanding environment.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions. We will understand the specific challenges you're facing. This will help create a plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
