Hi, I’m Lynly! I feel comfortable working with both adults and adolescents. Being a parent, I am especially passionate about the development and well-being of children. I began my journey as a developmental therapist in 2013 working with children on the Autism Spectrum and their families incorporating behavioral therapy. I graduated in 2020 with my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and utilize my professional and personal experiences to help families no matter what the need.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I encourage clients to treat our first session similarly to an interview process. I encourage clients to ask questions and be curious. I want everyone I work with to have the autonomy and power over their own treatment.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Through the development of my career and professional identity, I became passionate about social justice and the importance of advocacy within the mental health field. As a therapist, my goal is to help reverse individual and community biases within my work and promote universal allyship.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I’d love to be invited on your wellness journey. Whether exploring familial and relational issues, adapting boundaries and self-care, or processing trauma, I see therapy as an altruistic process. Whether we are working through anxiety, depression, anger, unresolved trauma, or simply learning to cope with life changes, I believe in the power of synergetic nervous system regulation to promote authenticity and empowerment. Clients can expect to explore a wide range of modalities including experiential, talk, and somatic therapy through a collaborative process.
