We’ll begin by discussing your reasons for seeking therapy and what you hope to achieve. I’ll take time to know you, your background, and your current challenges. Together, we’ll establish goals for therapy and begin to explore potential treatment approaches that best suit your needs and preferences. You can ask any questions you may have about the therapy process and we’ll work collaboratively to create a plan that a supports your journey towards recovery and well-being.
