My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize this form of therapy by challenging thoughts that are leading to specific behaviors and habits that are conditioned from childhood. We utilize that ground-work to enable to client a new arena of thinking that can motivate, inspire and heal towards change and healthy behaviors and ultimately relationships.

Couples Counseling

With a collaborative guidance, I provide a healthy balance to have both individuals observe their own/individual behaviors and thoughts that are affecting the relationship. With this safe and authentic direction, couples can re-ignite and re-align their purpose as a couple.

Attachment-based

I look at some of the root causes of those potential unhealthy attachments that have become a conditioned (subconscious) response to early adaptive features that were learned.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Together, we look at mindfulness techniques (movement, spiritual - if that is one's direction, here and now reflections, intentional journaling, etc.) that can assist one in those subconscious and unconscious thoughts that affect current people, places and things in one's life.

Trauma-Focused CBT

I look at some past and current trauma(s) that have a direct affect on one's daily living; specifically in all relationship dynamics (people, places and things)
