Hello :) my name is Kelsey and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida. I received my Masters Degree from Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts in 2017. I moved to Florida in 2019, where I then received my LCSW. I work with adults ages 18 and older who struggle with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma, addiction, dual diagnosis and more. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
During our first session, you can expect to go through the intake documentation that you completed, as this helps me to get to know you better. We will also go over any questions you may have, in order to make you feel as comfortable as possible going into future sessions.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I use a person-centered and strength-based approach, in order to assist my clients in seeing the best in themselves, while guiding them on their therapeutic journey. I use many different worksheets and tools, and these vary based on each clients needs.
