I am a clinical psychologist based out of Hartford Connecticut. I have over 30 years of experience working children, adolescents, young adults and adults experiencing depression, trauma, racial, relational, and women issues, anxiety. I have worked in private practice, governmental agencies, and nonprofit organizations which focus on family intervention, substance abuse, and various mental health concerns. As a woman of the BIPOC community I have also focused on issues of diversity, inclusivity and sense of belonging. I strive to assist individuals in their journey to feel whole, working to see the whole person.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, we will spend some time getting to know one another, talk more about concerns that have brought us together and what goals you would like to work on behaviors you would like to change. It will be a time to listen and learn about each other and how we will work together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As provider with over 30 years of experience I have developed my techniques and skills in working with various populations to better understand their concerns. I have the ability to use not only learned knowledge but an intuitive nature to motive individuals to reach their goals and better process issues of concern. I have also been trained in many evidence based practices that are known to be effective.
