Are you facing challenges or finding difficulty coping with life’s stressors? Well, I believe everyone has strengths and skills that can be used to make small or big changes in their lives. I believe that you have inside of you everything you need to be your authentic self, to be whole, to be happy and at peace. Let me help you to uncover your potential. I am a licensed clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in the field of social work. This experience includes working with children, adults and families experiencing high levels of stress and crisis. Many of my clients are dealing with depression, anxiety and various social, emotional and mental health issues.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Depression and anxiety are the main issues I can help you to address. Once there is an understanding of what brought you to therapy, we will work together to develop a treatment plan, which addresses the current challenges, identifies the outcome you would like to see and develops strategies to address your concerns; moving into your future with peace of mind and feeling empowered.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My priority as your therapist is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I believe that my greatest strength as a provider is my ability to meet people where they are, with a level of respect and genuineness which allows them to feel safe and comfortable talking openly about what concerns them.
