I've also received certification as an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist. During over 11 years in this field, I’ve enjoyed working within different settings, capacities and with various populations. My therapeutic practice is driven by the philosophy that the client is the expert in their life and that a team effort is imperative for optimal benefits. The foundation for my client-counselor relationship entails the treatment of all with respect and deliverance of individualized services. Witnessing that moment when a client meets any milestone is just as self-rewarding for me as your helping professional. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

For our first session, clients should except a welcoming virtual climate. This typically entails an informal meeting, opportunity to have any lingering concerns or questions addressed and completion of the intake process.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

My most commonly utilized treatment methods entail Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Solution-focused, Strength-Based and Dialectical Behavioral. Although I gravitate towards certain methods, each person will be treated as an unique individual; so interventions will be delivered accordingly. Ultimately, the client’s needs and preferences dictate my therapeutic approach.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Although I’ve worked within multiple areas, I feel my biggest strengths are ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, anger management, family issues and body-image issues and confidence.
