I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist with nearly 10 years of experience working with children, adults and families. I specializes in a variety of areas, including depression, anxiety, trauma, co-occurring disorders and relationship issues. I am dedicated to providing personalized services, in a safe space that can promote individual growth and healing. My goal is to provide guidance, support, and motivation to help individuals identify their strengths, overcome obstacles, and achieve success in all areas of their life.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. Together we will create a person centered plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

I enjoy working with anyone who want to work on themselves. It is my mission to aide and provide the tools of anyone who is seeking help/assistance to improve themselves. This may include working with adolescents, teens, young adults, older adults to senior citizens. I am very aware of the importance of meeting each individual where they are at in their life.
