Hello, I am Adriaka. Do you feel that you have lost yourself in the day-to-day routine of life? We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I also integrate mindfulness and positive affirmations to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

After the first session, clients can expect to be equipped with a few healthy life skills and mechanisms that will begin to aid them in effectively addressing challenges that hinder them from living a fulfilled life. After having engaged and met several sessions, clients can expect to be able to have gained healthy life skills and knowledge of how to renew their purpose, restore a clear vision of their life, and rebuild potential that will prepare, motivate, and destine the client for success.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Treatment methods used will be cognitive behavior therapy, talk therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness strategies. Together, the client and I will work to set goals that will provide the client with a positive mindset and positive behavior changes.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my biggest strengths is my ability to connect and relate to people from all walks of life. I can remain open-minded as I assist clients with overcoming challenges in their lives. I am supportive and I easily recognize the potential in others. I empower people to see the potential in themselves and to take the necessary steps to be the best version of themselves.
