I have been a Psychotherapist for the past 29 years, I consider myself "seasoned" and not old. My favorite saying is "Trust the Process". I am Hispanic and Bilingual, I treat everyone with the upmost respect and like for you to feel comfortable as it will be easy to talk about what is happening. I specialize in Individuals, couples, Substance abuse and end of life. I sometimes say it gets worse before it gets better, as we have to deal with the difficult issues we have swept under the rug in order to be able to move forward and see things from a different perspective. Mindfulness, CBT, DBT, Solution focused therapy.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
