Hi. I'm Jessica. I help spiritually-hungry people get unstuck, heal on a deeper level and live more authentic lives. Together, we'll move beyond trendy (and often bypassing) techniques and create lasting, more meaningful changes in your life. My approach is holistic and wellness based which means I understand that all those patterns that may be currently keeping you from stepping into your next best Self/life served a purpose at one point in time - you won't find any judgment here. I customize your care to your specific needs to help you connect with your innate ability to heal. In our sessions, I blend compassion, some humor and a few f-bombs with holding you accountable and calling you in to cultivate the healing you deserve.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session, we'll cover some basics, introductions and talk about what led you to make the very wise decision to get some help with whatever's on your plate right now. This all helps me start to determine how to tailor your therapy experience to your unique needs. I'll also go over a little bit about the modalities I tend to use most in my work with clients and answer any questions you may have about them.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
In my work with clients, I draw most heavily on practices of mindfulness, depth psychology, shadow work, narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, ecopsychology and somatic work.

In a world of toxic positivity and "good vibes only" trends, I am well-versed in helping people explore the dark, their shadows, and those parts of themselves that hold the most shame and pain. I'm allergic to superficiality, yet balanced enough to know when some levity is needed. I encourage and invite you to be authentically you and holding space for and helping you achieve deep healing that is life-transforming is one of my greatest passions.
