With experience spanning outpatient, inpatient, and community settings, I've had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages, from infants to adults. I consider it a privilege to accompany clients on their journey towards healing and personal growth. Every individual's story is unique, and I am committed to walking alongside you with empathy, respect, and unwavering support. If you're seeking guidance through life's challenges, I'm here to help you discover your inner strength and resilience. Together, we can navigate the path towards a brighter tomorrow.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will discuss your personal identity, values and current challenges. I will learn about your individual strengths, successes and goals for therapy. I will share with you my clinical background specific to your current challenges and therapy goals. We will begin to create a roadmap for our future time together. In subsequent sessions we will dive deeper into topics you've identified and use various treatment techniques to identify and practice strategies and skills to help you overcome your greatest challenges.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My approach is client-centered and holistic, drawing from a rich toolbox of therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual's needs. I believe in fostering a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I am committed to practicing cultural humility in my clinical work. I am committed to creating an affirming space for you and your life experiences.

My treatment methods

Child Parent Psychotherapy

All of us bring with us a bag or suitcase of experiences, temperament, sensory preferences and communication needs. I help children, adolescents, parents and adults unpack their bags and find a rhythm that will allow them to thrive.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Helping you understand the connection between thoughts, feelings and behaviors can be a catalyst to understanding and managing depression, anxiety and trauma.

Strength-Based

I use a strengths-based, neuro-affirming approach to help clients discover the ways they can use their greatest assets to reach their personal goals.

Trauma-Focused CBT

I have been certified in TF-CBT an evidenced based approach utilized to process a traumatic experience. I have completed racial trauma training. I am a trained occupational therapist with broad range of knowledge regarding sensory processing disorder.
