Hi! I am an LCSW with 21 years of experience helping individuals, couples and families find practical solutions to complicated problems. I love helping people and bring a compassionate, realistic approach based on a trusting therapeutic relationship. I work with couples and families, help teens through their life transitions, and specialize in treating addictions, ADHD, anxiety disorders, and intimacy and sex issues.

In a first session with me, we'll introduce ourselves, and you'll get a chance to tell me what kind of help you're needing. By the second session, you'll have an idea of goals to start working towards.

Having 21 years of experience, I have developed a strong understanding of how to connect with my clients, encourage them to improve, and help them hold themselves accountable for their own personal growth. I believe that everyone has the ability to find hope, to grow and improve, and to really develop the self confidence to be the very best version of themselves!

I always say that finding a therapist who is a good fit can be like going to TJ Maxx. You never know what you are going to find, and that is why some people don't even try to get help. My clients are diverse, and may be new to therapy, or may have had a negative experience. I'll meet you where you are and be flexible to what you need. I especially like to help people work through shame and guilt, and find ways to forgive themselves or others to move past "stuck points" in their lives.
