Hi, I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in New Jersey (and also Maine). I am also a Licensed Clinical Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LCADC). I received my MSW from Widener University and have been practicing since 2018. I like to take an electric approach to therapy to meet client where they are at as each person is unique and has different needs.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
During our first session, we will get to know one another and discuss the current challenges you may be facing. From there we can talk about best ways to approach these challenges as we move forward in therapy.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
My counseling experience includes mental health as well as addiction treatment, in both the inpatient and outpatient/telehealth settings. I specialize in working with those who are experiencing interpersonal conflicts, trauma responses, depression, anxiety, and life changes. I assist clients to process adverse life experiences and identify unhealthy core beliefs that affect current life problems.
