My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have been using CBT in my practice for the past five years. It’s helped many of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

Play Therapy

I use also Play therapy with my clients, especially the little ones, as form of psychotherapy that uses play as the main mode of communication. It is used to uncover and deal with psychological issues and can be used on its own or along with other therapies and medications. Play therapy allows the child free and spontaneous expression of feelings.
