Hi! I'm Ashley Lavine. I'm an LPC practicing in Arkansas and Texas. I hold a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health. I have been in Mental Health for 12 years and a licensed therapist for 5. I serve clients 12-99 and love to help them reach the goals set for themselves.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session together, we will begin with introductions. I will give time for each client to get comfortable and ask any questions they may have. We will discuss preferences and the challenges that bring the client to therapy. From there will design a plan that is most helpful for the client or decide if a referral to another clinician would be best for client.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
I have worked with teens, young adults, and women to get to the root of their problems, in order to move ahead. I work with each person to dig deep to find out what the root cause is, then implement action oriented steps to help encourage my client make progress.
