Hello! I offer individual therapy to California residents. I utilize an eclectic relational therapy style and specialize in working with adults who are creatives, artists, the LGBTQIA+ community who are experiencing grief, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, personality disorders, entertainment business stress, in recovery or struggling with substance use and/or disordered eating, and issues with sex, sexuality, trauma, chem-sex, inner child wounds, and body image by using exploratory harm reduction techniques. Connecting with satisfaction and contentment with life can lead to fulfilling potential, discovering meaning, and joy.
