In our first session I will get basic information that helps inform me about your individuality. We will discuss your struggles and make a plan to help get you on the right path and start living your best life.

I enjoy working with clients of all ages that have a desire to change or better their self or their circumstances. I enjoy seeing my clients have less depression and anxiety and increased confidence and self-esteem.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

This is the number one therapy used today. It's premise is that your thoughts dictate your emotions, feelings and reactions. Therefore, we work on skills to help change your negative self-defeating thoughts to more positive reality-based thoughts.

Daialectical Behavior (DBT)

Dialectical behavior therapy is similar to CBT and has mindfulness components also, but adds emotional management skills to help with mood disorders or complicated depression.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I use mindfulness to help you connect with yourself and the world around you. It can ground you and calm you in the moment but when used regularly will manifest long term change.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Solution focused treatment is usually short term and used for a single problem that you are dealing with in the now.
