I'm a dedicated psychotherapist and Marriage and Family Therapist, happily serving clients in Indiana, Ohio, Florida, and Colorado. My training journey has led me to embrace EMDR techniques and Harvard's mindfulness approaches in clinical practice. With a doctorate in education and a master's in marriage and family therapy as well as being an intervention specialist, I'm thoroughly equipped to support the unique journeys of adults, children, teens, and parents.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I believe that therapy should be a collaborative journey where individuals and families feel empowered to create positive change in their lives. My therapeutic approach draws from evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices, MRI (Mental Research Institute) approaches, Genogram analysis, Narrative therapy, collaborative approaches, psychoeducation, as well as art and play therapy. By integrating these approaches into therapy, I help clients develop inner strength, emotional resilience, and a sense of purpose.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals and families can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. Together, we will identify your goals, uncover underlying patterns, and develop practical strategies to foster growth, healing, and lasting change.
