Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I’ve been using CBT in my practice to help clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then integrate this knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

Strength-Based

With a strength-based approach we will find a way to focus on your abilities, knowledge and capacities rather than deficits or things that are lacking. Individuals are resilient and are capable of growth, learn and change.
