What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
The onset of mental and psychiatric ailments occurs long before symptoms troubles life; therefore, an in-depth initial evaluation is crucial. The goal of the first appointment is to collect vital information that needs to be considered to identify the appropriate needs of treatment. The initial evaluation can be up to 60 minutes long. Follow-up sessions are aimed towards assessing advancement, treatment response, and wellbeing maintenance. Follow-up sessions can be up to 30 minutes long. Follow-up sessions will be scheduled considering the needs of each person. Sessions can be as often as weekly or at least every 3 months.
