What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session we will complete a diagnostic evaluation. This usually takes 30 - 60 minutes. I will gather information and make reccomendations for diagnoses, services, resources. We will work together to design your Person Centered Treatment Plan. More importantly, we'll begin getting to know each other and establish feelings of safety at a comfortable pace.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I will give it all my effort to support you without judgment, and with unconditional, positive regard using an established method that is in line with treatment expectations.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

Client's start therapy for many challenging, diverse, and complex reasons. Eclectic therapy is useful to Clinician and Client as an approach that pulls from an equally diverse body of evidence-based approaches within psychotherapy. More importantly, it emphasizes the importance of having a diverse set of tools that meets an individual where they are in their journey. For example, a Client working to improve healthy thinking may significantly benefit from mindfulness to improve emotional intelligence when identifying and reframing negative thoughts rooted in problematic core beliefs.
