After our initial session we will develop a plan of action that would consist of the most important areas that would improve your well-being. Therapy takes time, it is goal directed and it takes a lot of work. If you are committed to the process, you will begin to see your mental wellness improve.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I have experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which focuses on reframing thoughts, feelings and experiences to achieve desired behaviors. I also utilize solution-focused therapy which helps you to develop your problem solving skills. It empowers you to become more goal oriented. I also utilize Grief Therapy to support you through loss in a way that his positive and healing for you.
