In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions and then talk about what you are seeking services for. If time permits, we will collaboratively establish goals that will set the foundation for the work we do moving forward.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Utilizing Brief Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (BCBT), clients will gain insight into how they perceive themselves, life, and others. This enhances decision-making and facilitates progress towards personal goals. Completing our structured sessions equips individuals with the tools to manage stress effectively, allowing them to stay focused on what truly matters in their lives.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness-based techniques are interwoven into the BCBT platform, specific to clients' needs providing tools to manage emotion regulation so they can keep a clear mind in tackling concerns. We will provide time to practice in session and review how practice goes in between sessions.

Motivational Interviewing

Motivational Interviewing is interwoven into the BCBT platform, to keep both of us on the same page. This allows us to stay focused on what truly matters to you as the client and reinforces skills that work in mitigating concerns.

Psychoeducation

Psychoeducation is interwoven into the BCBT platform to allow a space to fully understand what you are learning, and a space to ask questions so you feel empowered to continue putting in the work you need to get the results you want.

Strength-Based

BCBT leans to strength-based, I firmly believe that everyone possesses the keys to their success. My role is to guide and support you on this journey, understanding and reinforcing your strengths. Goals are set in a collaborative effort to establish what truly is important to you and what direction you want to go.
